This Privacy Policy describes how Ministero Saron collects, uses and protects the personal data of users who visit ministerosaron.it, fill in contact or prayer forms, subscribe to the mailing list, register for online events, or interact with site content, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law.

As a religious association, the Controller may process personal data revealing religious beliefs exclusively within its institutional activities and in compliance with GDPR safeguards.

Information about your health or faith that you share in a prayer request or in the Deliverance questionnaire is processed only with your explicit consent, is read only by the pastoral team and is never disclosed to third parties.

Minors. For children under 14, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian.

Data is processed by the Association's authorised staff (pastors, staff and leaders, each for the data within their responsibility). To run the website and its services we rely on providers that process data only on our behalf, as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR), in these categories:

• Website hosting and infrastructure
• Database for forms and the internal community management system
• Confirmation and service emails
• Visit statistics and campaign measurement (only with your consent)
• Donation processing (PayPal)
• Messaging (WhatsApp), used by the team to contact you if you left your number

The up-to-date list of providers is available on request at info@ministerosaron.it. Data is never sold or handed over to third parties for their own purposes.
