Every staff member is formed within the community, according to the apostolic principles of Ephesians 4:11 — apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers serving the body of Christ.

Ap. Eliseo Siino
Called by God as an apostle to Italy and the nations, Eliseo Siino has led Ministero Saron since its founding in Palermo in 2000. Son of Pastor Salvatore Siino, who planted the first evangelical church in Sardinia in 1971, he grew up immersed in ministry and the presence of God. For over thirty years he has preached the apostolic Gospel across Italy and Europe, with a ministry marked by documented healings, miracles and life-transformations. Author of 'The Anointing of Oil: Reveals, Creates and Transforms'. He leads the Palermo community with apostolic authority, prophetic vision and the heart of a spiritual father.
Prof. Lina Siino
Prophet and co-founding pastor of Ministero Saron, Lina Siino exercises a prophetic and apostolic ministry of deep impact on the Italian church. She leads the Stella Movement — Saron's women's ministry — forming women who prophesy, lead and transform their families and communities. A recognized teacher on the Christian family, on the role of women in the apostolic church, and on building healthy relationships according to the Word of God.

Supervisor of several Saron Home groups in Palermo. Accompanies group leaders on their journey, ensuring each home maintains Saron's apostolic vision.

Supervisor of several Saron Home groups. Supports group leaders with pastoral care, consistent presence and attention to relationships within the cells.

Ministero Saron is organised according to the apostolic model of Ephesians 4:11 — apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers — convinced that this structure is not limited to the first century but necessary for the church today.
Every staff member is formed within the community through Ministero Saron's discipleship and formation programme before receiving leadership responsibility.
Carries the founding vision, establishes doctrine and opens new territories for the kingdom of God. Ap. Eliseo Siino exercises this role for Ministero Saron and its daughter churches across Italy.
Speaks the revealed word of God in real time, building up and comforting the body. Prof. Lina Siino exercises the prophetic ministry with particular power in the Stella Movement.
Cares for, nurtures and protects the flock. Associate pastors lead local campuses and cell groups in communion with Saron's apostolic vision.
Youth, children, worship, missions — every area has a trained and appointed director, accountable to the apostolic leadership.
